Charlie Harrison| YOGA

I love teaching yoga, and I am grateful for yoga. I teach vibrant, grounding classes using energetics, theme, and breath as guides.

When I began practicing yoga I found many barriers to sustaining my practice. I teach with the intention to remove barriers and make yoga accessible for people that don't typically think of themselves as yogis. I use variations, props and awareness to guide people through a yoga practice that works for their body. My training in Trauma Informed yoga also enables me to support students that have experienced trauma in their life. Several of my classes are specifically for people living with Post Traumatic Stress (Disorder) and/or Traumatic Brain Injuries. I teach students to find ways into the poses so that they can begin to experience the benefits of bigger breaths, stronger muscles, steady balance and the shared community that arises from coming to a yoga practice.

Charlie Harrison | PERSONAL

I have 2 awesome kids, a beautiful dog, a hilarious, kick-ass husband, and a really naughty cat that has been available for adoption for about 8 years (let me know if your interested).

I love all things Sci-fi. I read a lot. I am always up to take a yoga class. I really like going to trainings. I think that we can all agree that food is delicious, travel is exciting, and animals are adorable and intelligent.
