Why I Teach

Some people come to yoga for the science — the mobility, the strength, the stress reduction. Others come for how it feels — more ease, more clarity, more connection. I teach from the place where those two meet, and that's what I love to share: how yoga supports us on so many levels.

Who I Am

I have 2 excellent adult kids, 2 little dogs (even though I always thought I was a big dog person), a hilarious, kick-ass husband. I love all things Sci-fi. I read a lot. I am always up to take a yoga class. I really like going to trainings. I think that we can all agree that food is delicious, travel is exciting, and animals are adorable and intelligent.
