Join me as I assist my mentor, Melanie Salvatore-August at Yogaworks with Marilyn Isaac for their workshop to welcome the change of the seasons. It’s called Awake and Release and costs $40. Saturday May 12  from 12:30 to 2:45 at Yogaworks downtown Walnut Creek.

Subbing Maxine's class


I am subbing Maxine’s Saturday (May 12) morning class at 9:30 at the Pleasant Hill YMCA.

It’s an hour and a half to open the body, breath deep and calm the mind.
